This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data carried out by Horecos (as defined below) of users of the mobile application called "Horecos" downloadable from the website www.horecos.com ("Platform").
Horecos may make changes and additions to this privacy policy, also as a consequence of any regulatory changes or additions. Where possible, Horecos will inform the user adequately in advance of the substantial changes, the user will still be able to view the text of the privacy policy constantly updated on the Platform.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
Horecos will process the following personal data relating to the user (consumer or Host, as defined in the Terms and Conditions): ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Registration data, such as: e-mail address, name, surname, date of birth, chosen password and telephone number. Furthermore, for Hosts, the following are collected: name of the home restaurant, address of the place where the services will be provided. Geographic position and, if the function is enabled on the device used, geolocation information (to show search results). Booking and purchase data, such as: day and time of the desired service, preferred language, personal data necessary to complete the order including name, surname, telephone number, billing address, further requests/information made in the booking request. Payment data, such as: name and surname for billing, credit card information. If you choose receipt with tax code or invoice, further data will be processed, such as tax code/VAT number. TREATMENT METHODS
Personal data is processed with automated and non-automated tools, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data itself. Payments are processed through secure systems (SSL encryption) to ensure maximum user safety.
Horecos does not carry out entirely automated processing that could significantly impact the individual.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The data of users who complete a booking (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, billing information, any specific requests indicated during the booking phase) will be communicated to the relevant Hosts for the management of the booking. Personal data may also be communicated to:
- Horecos employees and collaborators;
- Providers of technical services for the management of the Platform, who act under the responsibility of Horecos;
- Payment service providers for transaction processing (Stripe);
- Competent authorities when required by law. Information relating to the Host (and in particular: name of the home restaurant) is publicly accessible.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD

STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and, in any case, no longer than 10 years from the closure of the user/Host account.
