How do I start hosting?

Download Horecos, create a profile and choose the host journey. Complete the required information and follow the activation steps in the app before offering experiences.

Which requirements do I need to meet?

Check the business, hygiene, allergen, tax and licensing requirements that apply where you host. Read the host terms and consult the relevant authorities about your situation.

Can I choose prices, dates and the number of guests?

Yes. Set menu prices, availability and capacity in the app. You can review guest profiles and decide whether to accept or decline their requests.

What are the costs and fees?

Review the applicable fees and financial summary in the app and the current terms before getting started. Contact the Horecos team using this page’s form if you need clarification.

How do payments and payouts work?

Guest payments are handled through Stripe and captured when you accept a request. Payouts to your account follow the payment service’s conditions and timing; check the information available in the app.

How long does profile activation take?

Activation depends on completing the required information and steps. Follow your progress in the app, or contact us to find out what is still needed.
